Return Policy

Please read our return policy carefully. By placing an order with UTRmusicgroup.com you acknowledge acceptance of these terms.
Returns and Refunds:
We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from UTRmusicgroup.com
UTRmusicgroup.com will accept the return of any item(s) within 10 business days of the receipt of the item as long as it is returned in the original packaging and in factory new condition. Any item(s) returned for refund that has been used, damaged, or not in the original packaging (ie: Factory CD shrink wrap) will be sent back to the original Purchaser at their expense and no refund or exchange will be allowed.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all returned items. We will not accept back items that have been used, damaged or abused in any way. (We'll refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error)
Return and Refund Process
Customers must obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) from UTRmusicgroup.com Customer Service Department within the appropriate time frame to receive a timely refund.
To obtain an RA#, email service@utrmusicgroup.com. We will not accept back items after 15 days for any reason.
Once we receive the item and confirm that it is in new re-sellable condition, we will refund the cost of the item less all shipping charges (unless the return is a result of our error). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.
If you used a gift certificate to pay for all or part of an item you want to return, that part of your refund will be credited to your account for use on a future purchase. Please note, the original expiration date will still apply.
Should you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate, you will not be refunded for the amount of the certificate, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount. Any unexpired promotional funds used on the order would, however, be returned to your account for use toward future purchases.
If the item was received as a gift when purchased, we will process the refund to the gift giver.
Cancellations
Customers may cancel their order up until the product is shipped.
Orders that are cancelled after shipment are subject to all freight charges and a 15% restocking fee.
If an order is cancelled after it is shipped but before it is received, the customer must receive it, then return it , at the customers expense, in order to receive a refund.
Once we receive the item and confirm that it is in re-sellable condition, we will refund the cost of the item less the 15% re-stocking fee and all shipping charges.
